Chef Rob is the executive chef and founder of Atlantic Culinary Innovations Inc., a full service caterer & food development company. Rob has built an impressive career over 20 years as one of the pre-eminent chefs of the Maritimes.
Rob's talents have been called to lead many of the defining culinary events of the past 20 years such as the International Air Show, G-7 Summit, Tall Ships, NS Highland Games, John Cabot Re-Enactment, Molsons Canadian Canada Day Concert, Back Street Boys Concert, Rock the Dock Festival.
Rob has even had his own weekly segment on a Global Television lifestyle show.
Rob has been Corporate Chef for Scattarie Seafoods, Comeau Seafoods and Cuistot Crepes.
He has also been a consultant to many of the most recognized food organizations and hotels such as Sheraton Halifax and Calgary, World Trade and Convention Centre, Raddisson Hotel, Holiday Inn Express, Pacrim developments and LaHave developments.
